While standing in line at the grocery store checkout, we are all bombarded with what I call the gossip rags. The magazines that show pictures of celebrities with scandalous headlines, the Star, the Enquirer, Country Weekly, Us, etc. And then there are the cooking magazines, like Taste of Home, Cooking Light and Paula Deen.

I wish they put other magazines at the checkout besides these. I know there is an aisle for current magazines and word search or crossword puzzles. I just never seem to go down that aisle. I know why I don’t go near them at the Kroger. They put the magazines in Kroger in the health food section. You won’t ever see ME in the health food section!
