Each year we get to see on numerous television shows during the holiday season, all the newly released and exciting toys that are expected to be the  big top sellers for the up and coming  Holiday shopping season.

Amazing how every year Elmo seems to be a hit, time after time, it never fails to see him upgraded somehow to keep him on top. Elmo is cool, he was my favorite of the Sesame Street characters, back in my day and the Cookie Monster was always good for a laugh!

As far back as I can remember I have always had a soft spot for animals and coming from parents who did not allow any type of animals or pets it made it real difficult for me. I desperately wanted a cat or dog that I could shower with my affection and it would love me unconditionally, which is was I craved so much as a kid. I remember wanting to be a veterinarian when I grew up because I was so fascinated with god’s creatures.

Boy I tell ya I couldn’t wait to get out of that house and into one all of my own and you can believe that I have had all kinds of critters at any of the places that I have been able to call my own. I’ve had several cats and dogs, snakes, ferrets, mice, rats, guinea pigs, hamsters, lizards and a variety of birds in the past and still have a small zoo going on presently. I wouldn’t have it any other way!

I’ve always heard that sheepskin products were top notch, but seriously folks I’ve never really experienced the type of luxury that a nice set of sheepskin seat covers can give a person until I was given a set for Christmas by my step mother last Christmas. Now I an totally hooked and can’t wait to look into other sheepskin products such as some nice sheepskin rugs or maybe nice set of sheepskin moccasins that would keep my feet toasty warm while spoiling them in softness. Hey maybe that would be a great Christmas gift idea for next Christmas, I mean it is only 5 months away, sigh….

Check out the ones that I just found online today in anticipation. I can think of several people that would appreciate, enjoy and actually will wear something like these sheepskin moccasins.

This is a very touching story and a little hard to read, it’s about life and death and the friends that we have in our lives. It’s certain to stir up your heart and touch your soul, and hopefully a smile on your face!

In the last week I have found 3 ticks on me, which just totally freaks me out. I managed to get the first one off with no hassle, but the last two have been a real pain in the rear. It looks like I have not gotten the complete tick removed and now tomorrow at my regular check up at the doctor’s office, it looks like I’ll need him to try and dig two tick heads out of me, sigh….
